Deep Tissue MassageDeep Tissue Massage focuses on the deeper layer of muscle tissue and fascia, with compression and friction along the muscle grain. This technique is used to unstick the fibres of muscle, release toxins and deep tension points. Also used to release chronic tension with slower and direct deep pressure to the grain of the muscle. Deep Tissue Massage helps release toxins, loosen muscle tension and increase circulation. As Deep Tissue Massage focuses on specific areas it may cause some soreness during and after treatment, however this is natural and may take any where up to 2 days to feel better. It is recommended that you drink plenty of water after the treatment this will help the flush out toxins from the body. |
